Kathleen I. Connolly is president of Connolly and Associates, Inc. She founded the company in 1997, with a vision to provide seasoned process and systems optimization consulting services to complex national and international business and technical projects, and programs.

With more then 25 years of strategic and general management experience in healthcare and technology services, Connolly’s background includes both corporate and consulting affiliations with well known global brands, such as McKesson, IntelliClaim, Commonwealth Enterprise, Abt Associates, Treatment Online, UBH, BCE Emergis, EDS, Medica Health Plans, Computer Science Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, BCBSMA, and Chandler Group.

Connolly graduated cum laude from Suffolk University, with a BSBA degree in marketing and financial administration, and a MBA degree in business management.

Connolly has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Managed Care Executive Group, and for the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA), where she served on the Internet board and as Chairperson of the organization’s eHealth Group. She has also held several leadership roles with the United Way, and raised funds to enhance the research to cure Aids and Sickle Cell Anemia.
